Terms and Conditions
Payment is made through a Paypal account so please follow the on screen instructions. If you do not already have a Paypal account you can open one when it comes to paying for your order.
Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail- usually within 48 hours.
Goods will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please allow extra time at busy periods of the year.
All UK orders up to the value of £15 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. P&P free.
Orders to the value of £15 or more will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. P&P free.
It is hoped that you will be delighted with your jewellery, but if for any reason you are not – please return the item undamaged in the original packaging within 7 days, using Royal Mail Special Delivery, for a full refund.
Every effort is made to ensure that the photographic images and the descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please be aware that all computer equipment, monitors etc, vary between systems.
